1. General Information
The Meditrina Wellness & Spa is located in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.
We provide wellness, spa, and beauty services including massage, facials, body care, nail services, waxing, and other treatments.
These terms apply to all bookings made online, over the phone, or in person.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or by visiting our spa.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in shorter treatment times so as not to delay the next guest.
3. Payments
Payments may be made via cash, bank transfer, GCash, PayMongo, or other available payment options listed on our website or at the spa.
Full payment or a required deposit may be collected at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals that prevent service delivery may result in the forfeiture of your payment or deposit.
Refunds are generally not provided, but in special cases (such as duplicate charges or service issues), management may review and approve a refund.
5. Packages & Gift Certificates
Spa packages and gift certificates are valid only for the period stated at the time of purchase.
They are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person upon request.
Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
6. Health & Safety
Guests must inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or injuries before treatments.
The Meditrina Wellness & Spa is not liable for reactions or issues resulting from undisclosed conditions.
For safety reasons, some treatments may not be suitable for pregnant clients or individuals with certain health conditions.
7. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
The Meditrina Wellness & Spa is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your visit.
8. Code of Conduct
We strive to provide a relaxing and respectful environment for all clients and staff.
Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal without refund.
9. Privacy
By booking with us, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding how your personal data is collected, stored, and used.
10. Changes to Terms
The Meditrina Wellness & Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
